My lighting has arrived without any bulbs?
Our Lighting fixtures are displayed with bulbs installed to give you a realistic idea of how the product will look once it’s installed. They’re there for illustrative purposes only. Bulbs are not included with our Lighting fixtures and will need to be purchased separately.
Can you take away my old furniture?
Unfortunately we’re not licensed to remove or discard any of your old furniture. We won’t be able to take any furniture away for you so you’ll need to make alternative arrangements.

Can I purchase items over the phone, for delivery or collection?

Can I reserve an item for collection?

If I come to collect my order, is there anywhere for me to park?
Yes, we have onsite parking and easy access to our warehouse to load your goods.
Are your stores family friendly?
Our showroom is family friendly. That even includes your dogs, we pride ourselves on this.
Why are items sometimes out of stock?
We make every effort to maintain availability of all items listed in our catalogue. Unfortunately due to the success of a particular item or due to supply delays, it is possible that an item can be temporarily out of stock. We’ll ensure we keep you informed every step of the way. Once the item is available again we’ll notify you to let you know your order has been placed.
There seems to be a mistake on my receipt, what shall I do?

Are you prices online the same as in store?
The prices may vary between the store and online, this is simply because to have a showroom the overheads are more..the store prices take into account the staff and premises as well.
Do you offer finance options or interest free credit?
Yes we do offer finance, but just in store at the moment.
Can I choose the delivery date or collection date?
Once you’ve placed your order we’ll give you and estimated delivery date. If you need to change this then get in touch and we’ll see if we can arrange an alternative date that suits you.
